Responsibilities: • Conduct meetings with new and potential clients and carefully listen to their individual circumstances in order to present the best insurance policies to meet their needs • Stay abreast of any changes to rules or policies within the insurance agency to effectively amend insurance programs for existing and prospective clients • Take ownership of ensuring there are accurate records of all necessary bookkeeping, client, and sales reports in order to track and communicate the status of assigned goals • Collaborate with policyholders to develop insurance risk management and other profiles that specify the best policies for their evolving insurance needs • Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's individual needs Qualifications: • Valid insurance license required or candidates must be willing to get licensed • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills required; customer service experience is a plus • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is required Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 at plan commission
