Description:

NEAT Method is seeking a hands-on Director of Finance to lead day-to-day financial management, reporting, and analysis across our growing franchise and product businesses.

This person will bring structure, visibility, and insight to the company's financial performance — building scalable processes, managing external accounting partners, and partnering closely with leadership to support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate has deep financial expertise with a track record of managing company financials through periods of growth, establishing scalable processes, and maintaining disciplined cash and expense management. They are analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to create clarity and drive results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

As a member of the leadership team, the Director of Finance will own NEAT Method's financial foundation — ensuring accurate reporting, sound decision-making, and scalable systems to support the company's next stage of growth. This role reports directly to the Co-Founders (COO & CEO) and serves as a key thought partner across business functions.
