We are specifically looking for people in Seattle, LA, SF Bay Area, The OC, Dallas, and Denver for a fixed fee for each closing. Responsibilities: Your Role • Market yourself, work your sphere, and follow up fast on leads we provide. We'll keep you out of paperwork quicksand so your time goes to relationships, showings, offers, and negotiations. • Learn Every Day. • Join our weekday morning Google Meet for live deal reviews, tactics, and broker feedback. Qualifications: Requirements • Active real estate license in your state. • U.S. work authorization + reliable transportation/insurance. • Comfortable with Slack. • You actually believe ethics + transparency are the job—not a tagline. Compensation: $10,000 - $50,000 yearly
