Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in desk management and client relationship development
• Manage customer service aspects for clients and assist in the renewal process
• Utilize the India team for support while adhering to service standards and maintaining agency management systems

Required Qualifications

• 1-5 years of Commercial Lines Retail Insurance Experience
• Possess a current and active P&C license
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of various states' insurance guidelines
