What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement integration services using TIBCO BW (6/10x) and TIBCO EMS
• Perform gap analysis of new requirements and document solution options
• Assist the Operations Team in resolving production escalations as needed
• Develop and oversee comprehensive system testing plans
• Utilize end user feedback to enhance systems and coordinate with various business units

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in software application development and maintenance
• Proficiency in TIBCO BW (6/10x) and API Gateway technologies
• Experience with integration technologies such as XML/XSD, JSON, REST/SOAP
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the Banking and Finance industry
• Familiarity with logging and exception handling tools (e.g., njams)
• Knowledge of security patterns such as MTLS and OAUTH 2.0
• Proficiency in SQL scripting and use of ServiceNow or similar IT ticketing systems
• Strong ability to build collaborative relationships within teams
