Position Summary

ITW Global Tire Repair is seeking a Financial Analyst who will develop, maintain, and distribute key financial and analytical reports. The job will analyze business operations with a strong emphasis on report writing, tracking progress on the Company's Strategic Plan, assisting in preparing and monitoring operating budgets, preparing executive presentations, supporting operations with key projects, and preparing ad-hoc analysis as requested.

Job Description

• Responsible for reporting, analyzing and forecasting financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions
• Develop analysis of economic indicators in order to prepare forecasts and analyze the company's short, medium, and long term position (Outlook, Annual Plan and Long Range Plan)
• Drive for functional excellence in cost-effectiveness/productivity/process simplification through Continuous Improvement and use of ITW Toolbox
• Conduct and document financial analysis related to Capex or other initiatives
• Support/backup the routine tasks of analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing, and labor methods to determine effects on costs, and look for process improvement opportunities
• Support ongoing period close processes and reporting
• Prepare analytical reports to monitor business trends including revenues, transaction volume, labor, cost of goods, and other operating expenses
• Prepare and maintain inventory of financial reports utilized by the organization
• Assist with preparation of annual operating budget and tracking budget variances during performance periods
• Routinely prepare executive presentations utilizing Power Point
• Ensure success of key operating projects/initiatives through project management and administrative support
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analysis pertaining to business trends, market conditions, and capital purchases
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• 3+ years relevant experience accounting experience, preferably supporting a manufacturing operation/business
• Working knowledge of general ledger functions and US GAAP
• Excellent skills with Excel and entire Microsoft Office Suite (Power BI experience a plus)
• Experience with accounting software (JDE or another full-scale ER software)
• Experience creating dashboards and KPIs using various analysis/data visualization tools
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex financial information and make recommendations to senior leadership
• Detail oriented, with accurate and precise attention to detail
• Robust professional communication skills
• Strong team contributor

Compensation Information:

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $95,000. Bonus based on individual and business performance with a target bonus range of 8% annually.
