A Personal Injury Plaintiff Law Firm is hiring an Intake Paralegal. The position offers a remote hybrid work schedule (2-3 days from home).

Responsibilities:

1. Interview potential clients who have been victims of injuries such as auto accidents, negligence, slip and falls, dog bites, etc.
2. Gather supporting documents including medical records, police reports, incident reports, etc.
3. Work closely with clients, litigation paralegals, and personal injury attorneys to ensure a smooth process.
4. Coordinate appointments and assist in scheduling meetings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Paralegal Certificate or degree in Legal Studies (strongly preferred)
• Or, 1+ year experience working in a law office
• Effective communication skills over the phone, email, and in person
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
