Client Service Representative
Main Street Animal Hospital - Templeton, CA
$18.50-$22.50/hr DOE
If you love helping people and their pets, staying organized, and keeping a busy front desk running smoothly, you'll fit right in at Main Street Animal Hospital. As our CSR, you're the friendly voice, the calm under pressure, and the first impression that keeps clients coming back. What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments, maintain records, and process payments
- Support clients with empathy in stressful moments
- Keep the lobby clean, organized, and inviting
- Educate clients on wellness plans and product recommendations
- Complete opening/closing tasks, daily reports, and deposits
- Accurately enter data and communicate with the medical team
- Admit patients and verify information
- Opportunity to learn Vet Assistant skills
- 1+ year vet/medical office experience preferred
- 2+ years customer service required
- Solid computer and basic math skills
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- A positive, calm, team-focused attitude
