Support desktop hardware and virtual machines. Provide program engineering and productivity application support. Perform CVE and POAM remediation activities. Perform Domain account manage and access management. Conduct basic network troubleshooting. Assist with planning and perform execution of upgrades to hardware and software. Respond/triage help desk enquiries for OS, applications, and environment access/network issues. Support onsite and virtual employees. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Security Clearance. Current Comp. TIA Security Certification.
