Project Coordinator II Remote Summary: The Project Coordinators may act as the day-to-day point of contact for projects within our portfolio, handling workflow and operations so Project Managers may support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities: Overseeing projects with Pj. M guidance and support Attending and pulling documentation for weekly business reviews with vendors for each project; you may lead these calls at times too Driving the development of guidelines for projects, validating inputs with Pj. M and Product XF - Ns Conducting or reviewing root cause analyses to validate accuracy and insights Cascading quality deficiencies upstream and downstream to ensure calibration among project teams Proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks, alerting and looping in Pj.
