Start Date: February 2, 2026 (Orientation/Training on February 2, 2025)

Coverage Duration: Ongoing until permanent dentist is hired

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our busy dental clinic in Guadalupe, CA. This role offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Key Details

• Patient Ages: All ages (pediatric through adult)
• Patient Volume: Average of 16 patients per day
• Types of Cases: Restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Procedures: Mix of restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Support Staff: Standard dental office staff
• EMR System: NextGen

Schedule & Compensation

• Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (lunch included)
• Call Requirements: None
• Salary Range: $100-$115 per hour
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Travel Reimbursement: Available for qualified candidates

Candidate Requirements

• Active California Dental License
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (no new grads or foreign grads)
• Strong clinical skills in restorative, preventive, and exam services
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Additional Information

• COVID vaccination not required for coverage
• Orientation and training scheduled for February 2, 2025
