Role Overview

• Position: Retail Banking Customer Service Representative (front-line branch role)
• Purpose: First point of contact for customers, handling transactions, inquiries, and account services.
• Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
• Hours:8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, checks, loan payments, savings bonds, and other transactions.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products/services to meet branch goals.
• Educate customers on alternative service channels (e.g., online banking, ATMs).
• Perform operational tasks: check scanning, vault/ATM settlement, night drop deposits, branch opening/closing.
• Research and resolve cash differences.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Uphold company values: respect, integrity, diversity, safety, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
• Experience: 3+ years in retail banking or financial services.
• Skills:
  
  • Intermediate math (interest, percentages, ratios, graphs).
  • Strong knowledge of deposits, lending, credit products.
  • Operational banking processes.
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, interpersonal).
  • Relationship building and teamwork.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, adaptable, and confidential.
