Job Summary:
We're looking for energetic Team Members who take pride in making someone else's day brighter. Our Hospitality Team Members embody Sun Day culture by leading with warmth and kindness in interactions with customers and colleagues, and contributing to creating the positive, up-beat environment our customers and Team Members can feel. We expect Hospitality Team Members to greet customers with warmth, energy and enthusiasm, and provide a level of service that exceeds expectations. We rely on our Hospitality Team Members to ensure that our customers have fun and leave the carwash feeling a sense of pride and renewal. We empower Hospitality Team Members to find ways to make each customer's day.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work the point of sale, which operates from an iPad
- Greet and check-in carwash guests
- Sell carwashes, memberships and merchandise to customers
- Explain the differences between Sun Day's offerings to customers
- Visually inspect cars before they enter the carwash
- Be attentive and always maintain a safe environment for customers and coworkers
- Complete daily checklists to keep our facility clean and organized
Required Experience, Education, & Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and react to customer preferences
- Availability to work a varied, flexible schedule to meet business needs
- Ability to work outdoors on your feet for several hours at a time
