Cafe Fiero is an offsite commissary kitchen servicing Robin's, Novo and Luna Red Restaurants in SLO County. We are looking for a Pastry Production Chef to to help fulfill baked goods production for our 3 full service restaurant locations.
Summary of Position:
The Pastry Production Chef will support the Pastry Chef in day-to-day pastry operations at our commissary kitchen, which produces baked goods and desserts for multiple restaurant locations. This role combines hands-on production with leadership coverage in the Pastry Chef's absence, requiring the ability to lead and support a small team of 1-3 employees. We're looking for someone who brings both technical pastry expertise and a genuine dedication to teamwork and craft.
Schedule
Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, hourly, non-exempt position. Weekday day availability required.
