Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer to join a small aerospace team in San Luis Obispo! Recent graduates welcome to apply. Top candidates will have experience with PCB design and a passion for the aerospace industry.

Job Description

Create Printed Circuit Board (PCB) design solutions ensuring that all electrical and physical specifications meet the specific design requirement.

Develop and generate drawings and documentation to facilitate PCB fabrication and assembly, ensuring that all requirements for manufacturing and assembly are met.

Documentation of design specifications and implementation details. Input to design and design reviews. Upholding of standards, methodologies, and best practices.

The realization of complex system requirements to provide robust and reliable solutions.

Responsible for the complete implementation of detailed technical tasks.

Configuration control of engineering records.

Develop, and construct prototypes and production level designs.

Ability to work independently and with a significant level of autonomy to develop technical and programmatic solutions.

Collaboration with other team members (including system, hardware, and software engineers) to meet agreed system designs, interfaces, protocols, etc.

Report status, risks, and estimates-to-complete on all tasks to project management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
