Cellar Technician

Local Winery is hiring Seasonal Cellar Techs for Harvest!

Pay Rate: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time Monday- Friday

Key Duties:

* Assist with wine transfers, rackings, and blending

* Operate and sanitize pumps, filters, hoses, and tanks

* Perform barrel work including filling, topping, and cleaning

* Monitor fermentation and assist with lab samples

* Follow all safety and sanitation procedures in the cellar

Job Requirements:

* Previous winery or cellar experience preferred but not required

* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions

* Comfortable working in varying temperatures and around chemicals

* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

* Must have reliable transportation
