PSS - Data Protection is at the heart of everything we do, and as we design our products, we focus on three key principles: keeping user information safe, treating it responsibly, and putting users in control. The Privacy, Safety and Security (PSS) organization within Google helps teams across the company deliver essential products that set the bar in the industry while also treating users with the profound respect they deserve when it comes to controlling and understanding their data. As a Technical Program Director of Product Security and Data Protection, you will be a strategic leader responsible for defining, driving, and overseeing complex, cross-functional programs critical to the security and privacy of our products and users. You will partner with engineering, product, and other key stakeholders to ensure that our products are secure-by-default and compliant with regulations, as we advance AI capabilities across Google's product portfolio.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
