Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to serve as its on-site representative during the construction of a new ground-up housing wing at an existing correctional center. This role requires daily coordination with the CMAR, A/ E teams, and custody staff to ensure safe, compliant, and uninterrupted operations throughout the build. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the Countys field representative, monitoring contractor performance and compliance with design documents, codes, and specifications. Oversee daily construction operations adjacent to an active detention center, ensuring adherence to security, access, and logistics protocols. Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and field issues, and coordinate resolutions in real timeSupport quality assurance/quality control (QA/ QC), third-party inspections, testing, and safety compliance.
