Responsibilities

• Infosys is seeking an EPM Techno-functional Principal Consultant who will drive a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders.
• Provide a solution for user stories based on Oracle EPM Cloud SAAS platform - EPBCS.
• Break down user stories through deep-dive sessions and functional design sessions.
• Possess hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud EPBCS implementations.
• Work in a global delivery model and Agile methodology.
• Deliver high-quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation.
• Participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education may be considered.
• Located within commuting distance of Foster City, CA or willing to travel; travel in the US required.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• 10+ years of experience in design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of products.
• 4+ years of end-to-end hands-on experience implementing Oracle's EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud, etc.
• Strong functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting, especially with Financial, Workforce and Project modules.
• End-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS - Financials, Workforce and Project modules.
• Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution and functional design.
• Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation.
• Experience leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore.
• Experience driving requirement gathering sessions, conducting CRPs and Demos, and running pilots to showcase EPM products.
• Experience delivering training to users and managing multiple deliverables.
• Hands-on experience building application artifacts (configuring dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts, etc.).
• Experience building data integrations and designing dashboards and reports.

Preferred Qualifications

• End-to-end integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems like ERP, HR systems, etc.
• Client-facing experience – conducting workshops/CRP's/User story clarification sessions.
• Documentation of functional design, test strategy/scenarios/cases, and application user guides.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
• Ability to drive customer discussions independently and act as a trusted advisor.
• Willingness to travel regularly in a management consulting environment.

Compensation

Estimated annual compensation range for this role: In Foster City, CA: $106,172 to $184,155.
