Danaher Business System Office (DBSO) Director Innovation Strategy - USA REMOTE

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To:

• Drive innovation growth by coaching leaders to lead with Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and foster an inclusive culture
• Own and execute a collaboration agreement between an Operating Company and the DBS Office (DBSO) to enable success through implementation and sustainment of DBS principles
• Guide strategic innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Innovation KPIs (IFV/IPV, project OTD, Revenue Achievement) and mentor teams to achieve excellence
• Lead through influencing all levels of the organization from senior leaders to practitioners, balancing coaching across differing strengths in discovery and delivery
• Advocate for innovation, managing a specific tool to promote widespread adoption and sharing best practices

Essential Requirements

• Product/Portfolio leader with a consistent 80%+ Revenue Achievement in the last 3 years. Bachelors or Masters degree in science or technology with 8+ years experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Strategy
• Proven track record leading global product portfolios end-to-end, from ideation to launch and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience defining proprietary segmentation, product portfolio strategies, roadmaps, and value-based pricing that outgrows the market
• Ability to navigate from big problems to specific issues with humility and curiosity in the face of ambiguity; self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset
• 3 years of experience coaching senior leaders (L1 or above) using data to identify root causes and deliver results via DBS tools (PSP, Daily/Visual Management), Customer Insight (CI), CPD, Launch Excellence (LEX), and DDV

Travel & Environment

• Willingness to travel internationally; 50% to 70% travel

Preferred Experience

• Advanced Certified Practitioner or Certified Practitioner in at least 1 DBS Innovation tool (CI, CPD, LEX)
• Hands-on experience in leading Policy Deployment (PD)
• Remote work experience

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000-$220,000 USD. This range may be modified in the future. This position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Additional information about the remote work arrangement will be provided by the interview team.
