Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Strategic Product Development: Clearly articulates the value proposition of their products. Demonstrated expertise in identifying and validating Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs). Able to quantify the impact of their most successful work across key metrics such as revenue, customer acquisition, product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Extensive experience working with multi-cultural teams and teams across different time zones. Proven ability to manage integration projects with external vendors.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Internal: Drives Go-to-Market (GTM) motions and product enablement activities to empower internal teams in marketing, sales, implementation, and support. External: Possesses extensive experience working closely with customers and users to understand pain points, prioritize jobs to be done, and conduct user research.
• Technical Acumen: Capable of interpreting technical documentation and developer sites. Skilled in translating API technical documentation into clear product requirements.
• SAAS experience and knowledge in Benefit space: Experience in Health, Retirement, Insurance products
• Bonus: Proficiency in Chinese.
