Overview

Quix Recruitment is partnering with a leading technology firm to hire an Automation Consultant to implement, optimize, and maintain automated business processes using AI and RPA tools. This role is ideal for someone experienced in designing scalable automation solutions across complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows using RPA and AI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Test, monitor, and optimize automated processes for reliability and scalability.
• Document automation solutions, maintain code quality, and ensure best practices.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on automation solutions.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years' experience implementing automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) and AI integration.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise software systems.

Competencies

• Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
• Self-driven, able to manage multiple projects remotely.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders.

Contract Details

• Duration: 12 months
• Hours: Full-time (remote, 35–40 hours/week)
