Mission View health Center in San Luis Obispo is seeking a Director of Dietary services to join our nutritional services team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to assigned residents. We are looking for the best candidates in the area who are searching for an opportunity to grow with a dynamic facility. As the facility's dietary manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that quality food service and nutritional care is provided at all times. You will also be responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the dietary department in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines/regulations, and the facility's established policies and procedures.
