Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products, and turning complex data into easy-to-digest contents. You will work closely with product owners to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into user-centered design solutions. If you are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.

• Translate complex user workflows and data models into user-friendly interfaces and logical user flows.
• Design and iterate on wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Create visual structures and hierarchies that make large volumes of data easy to understand and navigate.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and constraints.
• Conduct or collaborate on user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions.
• Define, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries to ensure visual and functional consistency across products.
• Continuously improve the user experience based on feedback, analytics, and evolving product goals.
• Present and articulate design rationale to stakeholders and teammates.

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web or software applications, especially in data-heavy or enterprise environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing ability to simplify complex processes or datasets through design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries in collaboration with front-end developers.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bonus: Experience in complex data visualization, dashboards, or B2B SaaS platforms.
