The County of San Luis Obispo Public Libraries is seeking to fill a full-time Senior Library Associate position at the San Miguel Library to join our team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality library services to our diverse community. This position has sole responsibility for daily operations at the San Miguel Library. Duties include circulating library materials; assisting customers with technology and materials selection; and developing, promoting, and overseeing library programs. Additionally, the Senior Library Associate works collaboratively with their regional librarian and community organizations to provide outreach throughout the community of San Miguel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and enjoy working with the public.
