As a BoxLunch Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 1, youll support the store leadership team in providing an excellent customer experience, helping fans access the merchandise they love. Youll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits, support daily operations, and meet sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, showcasing your product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Step in and lead when necessary, covering sales floor duties and supporting management.
• Open and close the store as needed, ensuring smooth operations.
• Process sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and communicate shortages or overages to the Store Manager.
• Understand sales goals and key KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising strategies.
• Share fashion trend insights with management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent theft and ensure store security.
• Maintain organized stock rooms and a tidy store environment.
• Contribute to developing a passionate, collaborative team.
• Perform other duties as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and operational skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
