As the Principal Product Manager for Payment Optimization, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Crunchyroll's payment orchestration and fraud mitigation platforms. You'll be responsible for building intelligent, scalable systems that increase payment success, reduce passive churn, and minimize fraud risk across all platforms and markets. This is a high-impact, highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of user experience, revenue growth, fraud, and platform trust. This role will report into Crunchyroll's VP of Product Management and is a hybrid role which can sit out of our San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas office.

Whether it's enabling the next preferred payment method, routing transactions dynamically for higher success, or fighting fraud before it impacts users, we're building the systems that make Crunchyroll's flywheel spin.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll's Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
