Provides customer service at the City facilities, including the SLO Swim Center front counter and Laguna Lake Golf Course pro-shop; collects fees from patrons, processes daily/shift revenue paperwork, assists patrons with facility reservations, and keeps the facility clean and clear of litter. Average hours per week: SLO Swim Center: 20-30 (Summer), 10-15 (non-Summer) Laguna Lake Golf Course: 12-24 CLASS CHARACTERISTICS: This class is distinguished from other front counter positions in that it is part-time/seasonal and is only assigned to City recreation facilities.
