In addition to your responsibilities as an ice cream scooper, you are accountable for thefollowing:Operational Leadership - Open and close the shoppe following company procedures and standards - Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial practices - Monitor business flow and staff accordingly (send teammates home when volume islow) - Maintain clear shift-to-shift communication through notes and verbal updates - Identify and report maintenance or functionality issues to Shoppe Manager, Directorof Operations, or other responsible parties as provided. - Submit inventory updates to the Shoppe Manager, Director of Operations, or otherresponsible parties as provided.
