Why This Role Matters

• Shape Product Strategy: As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and execute the product strategy, ensuring it aligns with market demands and business goals.
• Lead Product Development: You'll drive the product development process, ensuring timely delivery with prioritized features that meet customer requirements.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure the success of products throughout their lifecycle.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.

Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product development process, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.

Market Engagement: Work with third parties, vendors, and customers to assess partnerships, opportunities, and integrations.

Beta and Pilot Programs: Run beta and pilot programs to gather feedback and refine products.

Sales and Marketing Support: Train global sales teams and field application engineers to effectively promote and sell products.

Promotion Management: Serve as a Promotion Project Manager, focusing on promoting Intel UP Server solutions through sales training and customer engagement within the enterprise business segment.

Project Ownership: Take ownership of MBD NPI projects, collaborating with system PMs, Taiwan PMs, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution.

Competitive Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitive products, ensuring Supermicro products remain at the forefront of the market.

Leadership: Act as a leader within the company, driving the product vision and ensuring it aligns with overall business goals.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Electrical Engineering preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 8+ years' experience as a product manager or technical marketing engineer in data center routing and switching networking technologies.
  • Proven success in strategically defining and launching products.
• Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet business objectives.
  • Must have a positive attitude and a proactive eagerness to learn.
  • Strongly preferred: Background in server products and electrical engineering (EE)
  • Travel: Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time.

Salary Range

$156,000 - $181,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs
