About who needs care: I have had a problem with urinary infections this year causing me to spend about 145 days in rehab to increase my strength. I need the care person to make sure I can deal with being home.
About the care needs: Initially I want someone to make sure I'm safe moving from my bed to my lift recliner and to the bathroom and taking a shower. Mission View Medical Center experts are worried because I live alone. I own a duplex and live in the B apartment and rent apartment A.
Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
