The Wayfarer SLO, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton, is actively searching for an Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager to join the team. The Chef is directly responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the kitchen and related back of the house areas and ensures total guest satisfaction by maintaining a workforce that provides quality food in a timely manner to each and every restaurant patron. Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to: Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to restaurant and hotel guests. Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members. Plan menus, costs them out, set up line requirements and staffing.
