Eagle Harbor Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior .NET Developer with a Secret security clearance to support EHS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This is a remote opportunity.

The Senior .Net Developer will develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs. They will analyze user needs and develop software solutions, evaluate existing systems and recommend upgrades. This role involves working on the design and development of software or customizing software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. The Senior .Net Developer will analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team. They may be asked to prepare contingency plans and participate in system integration. They may also prepare general documentation or deployment plans as needed.
Required Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
7+ years of relevant software development experience
Experience in developing, creating, and modifying general computer applications software
Strong analytical skills to evaluate user needs and develop software solutions
Experience in designing and developing databases within application areas
Capability to work both independently and as part of a development team
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Experience with .NET framework and related technologies
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or other database management systems
Knowledge of Git version control system
Familiarity with Azure cloud services
Experience with Angular or other modern JavaScript frameworks
Previous experience working in federal environments
Experience preparing and implementing contingency plans
Background in system integration activities
Professional Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated experience in agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members
Ability to document processes and technical solutions clearly
Experience optimizing software for operational efficiency
Capability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
