Work in a dynamic, fun, fast paced company processing data for a multitude of companies in various industries. Our team is friendly, knowledgeable, many are and an essential resource to our clientele. We are currently looking for front-desk associate interested in joining our team.

A passion for learning is crucial in this position as we are a multi-faceted firm where we work as a team to accomplish the goal; quality service to our clients.

Duties Included in this Position:

• Fielding phone calls/drop-ins from clients
• Interacting with clients
• Scheduling meetings with staff
• Process mail
• Office supply orders
• Typing Speed: Minimum of 60 words per minute (WPM) with accuracy
• Quickbooks experience is a plus
• Microsoft Excel/Office/Outlook experience required
• Organizing paperwork
• Compiling information for clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
