What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Evaluate and triage compliance learning requests using internal tools.
2. Collaborate with legal counsel and audience review experts to ensure accurate targeting and legal compliance of training content.
3. Coordinate with various stakeholders to secure necessary approvals for training launches.
4. Maintain and update training governance documentation to track training requests and deployments.
5. Support and attend weekly meetings to review training requests and progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. 3-5 years of experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the governance space.
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
4. Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
5. Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
2. Leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
3. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
4. Understanding of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
