Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership by example and sharing knowledge/skills
  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials
  • Deliver top-level customer service, explain accounts, manage client relations, and discuss upgrade options
  • Support marketing efforts of team members
  • Assist in organizing in-person appointments or events

Requirements

  • 1 year CSR/Management/Sales experience or college degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Goal-oriented and strong work ethic
  • Positive attitude and strong verbal communication skills

This is an entry-level, full-time position.
