JOB SUMMARY
The DSP Lead is an integral member of every adolescent resident's treatment team, with responsibility for ensuring the health, safety, care and supervision of residents at all times; homes are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The DSP Lead systematically works with the adolescent residents to increase skills and meet goals through community involvement and activities. The DSP Lead has additional responsibility to support the Program Director with regulatory compliance, house shopping, menu planning, creating activities and learning basic duties to back up the Program Director in their absence.
