Keep accurate records and logs of all training conducted Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Use experience and knowledge and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills Gather feedback from Training Manager and your trainees after each educational session Partner with Client and liaise with your leaders to accomplish any last minute requirements Maintain updated curriculum database and training records Manage and maintain local IC training office and equipment Research and recommend new training methods when needed Be prepared to help with post coverages when the need arises Be available to work differing hours and shifts based on client/officer needs Qualifications: Patrol the premises like a pro.
