WORK ARRANGEMENT: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
SALARY RANGE: $110,000-$165,000

The Senior Director of Major Gifts and Planned Giving is responsible for leading and executing LightHouse's major gifts and planned giving strategies to secure significant financial resources and support the organization's mission. This role involves identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major donors and planned giving prospects to ensure sustainable funding for LightHouse's programs and initiatives. The Senior Director will work closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to achieve ambitious fundraising goals.
