Clinical Trial Assistant

W2 Contract

Location: Redwood City, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

As a Clinical Trial Assistant of Clinical Operations, you will be a central contact for the clinical study teams and assist with the clinical execution and management to support clinical trials.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• RN or Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a related health-related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize options.
• Travel may be required (~25%).
• Experience in working with cooperative group studies and investigator-sponsored trials is preferred.
• Clinical operations or clinical research-related experience is a plus.
• Experience with global clinical trial operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of APAC regulations is highly desired.
